You may qualify for a loan as low as 3% (with closing costs and requirements, unsecured up to $20,000). You can combine this loan with non-energy home improvements.

Option B: ENERGY STARĀ® Loan

You may qualify for a 6% loan (unsecured with no closing costs, you can select a term of 3, 5, 7 or 10 years).

Option C: Pay upfront (10% Homeowner Financing Incentive)

You Can Save: Up to $3,000
If you choose to finance the work yourself, you may be eligible to receive a 10% rebate (up to $3,000) to reimburse the cost of eligible efficiency improvements. Consider this option if You can pay out of pocket or have a small scope of work.
